TDK Dental Lab provides dental laboratory services to dental practices and dental professionals, including crowns and bridges, dentures, implant-related laboratory services, digital design and other dental laboratory products.

Placing an Order

Orders should be submitted using the agreed laboratory workflow and must include accurate and complete instructions. Customers are responsible for providing suitable prescriptions, scans, impressions, shades, component details and other information required to complete the case.

Digital Design Services

Where digital design services are provided, the dental practice is responsible for reviewing and approving the proposed design before manufacture. Changes requested after approval may affect the turnaround time and may incur additional charges.

Prices and Payment

Our current prices or agreed quotations apply to laboratory work. Additional charges may apply where a case requires extra materials, components, services or work outside the original request.

Invoices must be paid according to the agreed account payment terms.

Turnaround Times

We aim to complete laboratory work within the estimated or agreed turnaround time. Delivery times may vary depending on case complexity, information supplied, design approvals, materials, components and courier services.

Remakes and Adjustments

If a completed case requires an adjustment or remake, please contact TDK Dental Lab as soon as possible. We may request the original work and relevant case information to assess the issue.

Whether a remake or adjustment is provided at no additional charge will depend on the circumstances and the cause of the issue.

Checking Completed Work

All laboratory work should be checked by the responsible dental professional before clinical use. This includes checking fit, shade, occlusion, design, components and other clinically relevant requirements.

Delivery

We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery arrangements. Delays caused by couriers, severe weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
